This place is criminal. I dropped off my vehicle on 7/23/24 for a front end repair of ~$2500. They called me two days in, and told me they had some additional damage after disassembly, and pursued a supplemental with the insurer to add the necessary part, the front grill with Camera which costs $1600. They called me the morning of 7/31 saying the vehicle was complete, and that I could pick it up at 11, but to call and make an appointment for pickup. I called back, and they scheduled the pickup for 2PM. I arrive at 2PM, and they tell me they are "drying the vehicle" and could I complete the paperwork while they bring the car around. The employee that pulled the car around hands me the keys and says have a nice day. Now at this point they've led me to believe they've completed all the agreed upon work. I begin to inspect the vehicle. The grill was CLEARLY not replaced, the vehicle is filthy, and there is white paint overspray all over the hood and the paint is now pitted into the finish. When I raise the issue to the shop, only then do they decide to tell me that the grill is actually back ordered, and that they didn't want to keep the truck any longer than they already had. I said that's fine, but not once did anyone mention this to me in the many interactions over the course of the repair, or the day of the pickup. I am convinced they would not have said a word had I not noticed it. Totally dishonest. I would not let them fix a flat!

Fix Palo Alto repaired a pretty serious dent to my model 3 and made it look new again. They also detailed and washed the car before handing it back to me. Great experience and I’d use them again
