This is the most disorganized and incompetent shop I have ever experienced. For months they continually gave me bad information about the repairs on my vehicle. After two months I inquired when our truck would be complete only to be told that the entire staff has been fired and the previous techs did not properly go through my vehicle. I spoke with the manager Jason who told me three different versions of where our truck was at in the repair process in one phone call. I then requested the district manager Danny to call me who then proceeded to tell me he 'doesn't have time to be calling me, he has a business to run.' 3 months later we are finally getting our vehicle back, this has been the worst experience, and we will never utilize Fix Auto again.

Brought in my 2019 BMW M5 for minor repair on the front right fender and some damage on the bumper. I was worried at first since I didn't see any reviews in repairs in regards to newer BMWs but I just got my car done and it came out FANTASTIC! They will even use OEM/ORIGINAL parts so don't worry.
I highly recommend this specific shop to any newer BMW owners and this shop is also partnered very well with USAA and I ran into no issues at all with them.
They will keep you updated on the status of repairs on Tuesday and Thursday every week. You will also get pictures of your vehicle if you request for it.
Julie did a fantastic job in communicating with me and she is very well at what she is assigned to do. This shop did a great job and now my vehicle will be back in my hands. Paint is also a good match!
I have attached a picture of the damage & along with the picture after they fixed everything.

My 2004 Silverado was hit in both doors and needed repaired so I took it to Fix Auto as they were recommended to me. I was told to have a full tank of gas when I dropped it off, which I thought was odd, but I filled it anyway. I dropped it off on September 4th 2024. Today October 14th 2024, I picked it up with 1/4 tank of gas and over 200 miles on the trip meter which I reset when filled it 4 miles from their shop. How can you put 200+ miles on my truck in your yard? Also my exhaust was knocked loose when the collision occurred but was told "it is rusted out", which it was not. Rusted or not, it happened as a direct result of the collision. Also the rocker panel under the doors was still scratched from the collision and wasn't even touched, so i fixed it myself with touch up paint I had, so it wouldn't rust. You guys won't be getting any recommendation from me.
