They failed to find part of the damage caused by my accident then when I pointed it out to them after it was done, they refused to accept that my door had been bent in the accident but I know for a fact it wasn’t like that prior. Also, they credited me bc I was getting my bumper fixed at an offroad shop but they only credited me half the amount. My insurance agent caught them and they had to give me the rest of the money.
