Once again, I cracked my screen (almost to the point of not being able to function anymore) yet took it here and the problem was resolved so quickly— maybe within 20 minutes at the most! Super satisfied! Hopefully I don’t crack my screen again but if I do, I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Truly appreciate the great customer service and thorough response from the employees. They were very honest, attentive and polite with helping me fix my phone and answering all my questions.
