Kirk is a great trainer. He puts in effort to understand your fitness goal and will design workout regime accordingly. His approach is also data-centric; you will have a baseline data to compare with as you proceed with the workout plan. I noticed significant amount of weight loss and muscle gain at the end of the plan as compared to my initial journey. He is also familiar with human anatomy and has a good knowledge of nutrition. His instructions are backed by rationales which helps one to understand the steps and apply them later. This helped me understand which muscle group to target and engage, and how to correct the posture. His feedback on nutrition helped me reconsider my then diet type and encouraged me to opt for a more balanced diet. BTW, I also found his playlist cool!
