F & J's 24 Hour Garage Service came over and did an excellent job replacing our broken spring. Fernando was friendly, a total pro, and didn't try to upsell me. Highly recommend them.

My garage door would not open and I needed to get out of my garage for a 6:30pm appointment. I called F&J's and immediately Jessica helped troubleshoot over the phone. She determined very quickly that it was the spring that broke. She gave me a straightforward quote and offered to squeeze me in within 3-5pm that day! Well, Jessica called at 2:30pm and said they'd be there in about 10 min! Very courteous to give a heads up call and super speedy service all around. They were in an out within 30 minutes from start to finish and even lubed up all the hinges, parts, etc. Gave me a quote for a new opener should I need to upgrade (which I totally do). I was able to make my appointment with PLENTY of time to spare. Totally settled my anxiety. If I would have wasted time calling other companies, I guarantee they either wouldn't have been open or wouldn't have been able to squeeze me in on the same day! I will only use F&J's for my garage door needs from now on. I had them put their sticker on my door and they removed my old one which was out of business. Thank you so very much. You guys are lifesavers!
