We haven't been able to access or account since opening the account. We never have been able successfully to log in and have made 4-5 phone calls to extremely rude customer service people. They said we would get call backs no call backs. If we could rate no stars we would.

I enjoy this branch. The representatives are friendly, warm, and professional. I'm a new customer but I like they care about my financial goals.

Best bank in high desert very professional personnel Karin trulove along with Victoria Padilla r exceptional employees. Been with desert community Bank for 16 yrs definitely a 5 star business
