First, Josie and Ethan were awesome. Shoe shopping has never been fun for me, and I usually leave stores in tears. I am a woman with flat feet and size 12N feet. It is hard to find shoes that fit and are comfy, let alone don’t make my feet look humongous. My orthopedist (Dr Scott Brown of OSSM in Coeur d Alene) recommended I get “fitted” for shoes and different orthotics. After visiting the new doctor (Dr Christopher Moore of Adapt Prosthetics and Orthotics in Coeur d Alene) to discuss the new orthotics, I was so encouraged, I went straight to Fleet Feet. Ethan and Josie scanned my feet, then evaluated my gait. Much to my surprise, when they came out with shoes, they had six pairs of decent looking, very comfortable support shoes for me! I went home with two pairs of Altra shoes and a huge smile on my face. One runner for gardening and work and one street shoe! And to top it off, I love the way they make my feet look, and am assured that the new orthotics will take up some of the extra toe space in the new shoes! Thanks so much for a great shopping experience.

Less than helpful staff. Went in a few weeks ago and mentioned how my husband’s feet have never been scanned with their machine. One staff member awkwardly looks at the other who looks back less than thrilled and walks off to the back room. And that was that…guess my husband isn’t getting his feet scanned. We walked out a few minutes later. Not a great selection of shoes either.

Well, cool skate decks, very trendy, but lacking in Converse styles. Had to go to the mall to find the right style of Converse
