I'm brand new to working out (as in, never been to a gym). Emma has worked with me at my own pace and helped me learn equipment and strength-building exercises. She is encouraging, kind, and patient. Trying out personal training was a big stretch for me but I'm so glad I did. The confidence Emma has built in me has spilled over to other areas in my life and motivated me to finally create (and stick to) a weekly exercise regimen. Emma's the best; try out a training session with her!

I am a regular client with Emma and she is a great personal trainer that continues to help me reach my goals! She is very knowledgeable and motivating. I enjoy our sessions and am very happy with my progress!

I’ve never worked with a trainer before so I was really nervous going into it but I love Emma’s out look on fitness and it’s really shifted my perspective on it. Instead of “have to” it’s “I get it” which really pours out into other aspects of my life. She is so good at motivating and reminding you how lucky we are to be able to move our bodies.
