Echoing a few of the prior reviews, Flex PT is unbelievably disappointing and if 0 stars existed, I would give them that. I have been working with Carol and their billing department. It isn't helping. It's insane their level of understanding and service despite an ongoing pandemic.
I had dual coverage when switching between jobs (and mid-treatment) and confirmed 5x over with their receptionist (and for the billing department) to confirm coverages as I no longer had a deductible, which I thought was strange. Each visit I questioned it and each visit I asked for a follow up. I never did. Well, a full 6 weeks after switching insurance I receive an invoice for over $400 for basic, elementary services. Some of the treatment was great, particularly the pelvic relaxation trigger points, however, I have a NASM (National Sports Association of Medicine) certification and don't need to be paying someone $100+ for 5 minutes of stretching techniques. I refuse to pay the fee as it was fully, without compromise 100% their fault and I plan to fight this if need be legally if sent to collections.
Sadly, my therapist Sarah is terrific -- if I can get this accurately resolved I would change this to 5 stars. Even more sadly is the circle of influence FLEX PT is ruining here over a $300 difference - I ran gyms in the area for a decade and have hundreds of ex-clients, trainers that I can send that way.
