Love this place they truly know how to make you feel comfortable and kind of like family in a way. Love the lady at the desk with the hat and the boss they are some really pleasant women. As long as I am in need of a storage unit this will be my spot.

I called everywhere looking for a good sized storage unit. When I finally got ahold of the lady who runs flightless she told me she had one and she would hold it for me without a deposit since I was at work all day. The unit I rented is in the perfect spot and the grounds are really clean and well taken care of.

I had previously left a 1 star review which was more based on policy rather than service. It was frustrating from our point of view and managements I'm sure as well. One day after leaving that review i was contacted my the owner of this property and submitted a letter to her of the exact problem Jeanine was professional and really made me felt I was heard and important as a customer she was diligent in changing a policy and involving Kevin her on-site Mgr to achieve a resolution. I look forward to being at the next auction and continue our relationship. If you want to rent a storage unit I would highly recommend Flightline very clean, well maintained and Managers and Owners who actually resolve matters should there be one and not shove you aside and say can't please everyone because with work anything is achievable Thank You Donald Smith
