I have never had such an awful experience with a company, the customer service was nice at first but as soon as they got their $ they had no consideration for ANY questions or worries I had. The floors were scratched by the time they finished installing them and they tore BUNCHES of paint off of the walls when they took out the old floors and baseboards. I could not regret a decision more and wish I had gone with a different company for my own peace of mind and for my family’s future home.
A quick look at the 5 ⭐️ reviews makes it obvious they’re fake, done by the owners of the store and not actual customers.
