I was looking for a tile that came in glossy and matte finish. I found a large glossy tile but almost didn't buy it because I couldn't find a matte version for my shower floor. An employee pointed me to another part of the store where they actually had smaller tiles in Matte. Moral of the story is: Great customer service but organization coulda been better.

I can't believe this...good, now that I have your attention, please continue reading, or don't, I'm not your parent. I have to say, after looking around for tile and other materials to redo two bathrooms, "Floor & Decor" was the first store to to, well I suppose the right word in this case would be "thrill" me. Their prices and selection were better than any other store we'd been to and the staff were by far the best. At other stores, other employees would not even acknowledge us, not sure if it's because we're young but that doesn't matter, our money is good anywhere. Any who...if you've read this far then I can only assume you're looking for a review that can help you make your decision about which store to pick your remodeling items from. I can say that I really enjoyed coming to this store, I'm a guy and this stuff usually bores me, so that should tell you all you need to know.

I honestly can’t say enough!!! From beginning to end it was a great and fun adventure!! The ladies that work at floor and decor were all exceptionally nice and professional!!! They have such a wide selection of tile and backsplash that we were going back and forth for a month!! My favorite item was the stone design for the front of my home. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed!!
