Comparing Floor & Decor to HD & Lowes, with respect to floor and tile treatments, is analogous to comparing the Grand Canyon to the Santa Ana River. We were expertly served at Floor & Decor by Victoria, Tile Pro. With great patience that woman guided us through the tile selection process that resulted in fulfilling our material list in a single visit. Too bad the contractor we selected lacked adequate tile setting skills to match her expertise. We will very likely revisit Floor & Decor to fill our list again once we decide to remove the mess our contractor left us.

Nice store, not many choices for granite counter tops though. Lots of choices for flooring, the store is clean. The employee that assisted us was nice, helpful, and courteous. Restrooms are also kept clean.

Staff was helpful during questions but no pressure at all during sales. Store has a straightforward layout and the prices beat Beaumont Home Depot by 20% while getting all name brand products that are good quality. Bought an entire budget floor project including materials, tools, and equipment for several rooms in my house for right at 1K. Thrilled.
