I went here yesterday hoping to leave with a carpet purchase. Unfortunately...there were 2 ladies working (One older and one younger) who had no interest in helping me out. The younger one greeted me and ask what I was looking for, I told her that I really had no idea and this was my first attempt at looking to purchase carpet so that I was hoping for some direction. I did tell her that I had previously owned Mohawk carpet and liked it, she said "Oh that is easy it's right there, let me know if you have any questions" and she went back to her desk. End of story, not once a get up and come over to say how are you doing, any questions for me? I simply left and said "Thank you" Drove up the road and had an amazing experience at Capet One.

Flooring outlet was a great company to work with. They were knowledgeable with products and beat competition with pricing. However, I gave them 2 stars because of the contractor they gave me to do the job. He had to come out on 3 separate occasions due to not properly finishing the job. He was very difficult to get a hold of. His quality of workmanship was poor and reflected on my floor. The trim he chose appears cheap. He left part of the trim cracked and the wood glue he used didnt hold and fell off within a few weeks. I was tired of dealing with him and not willing to have him come back a 4th time. I just noticed today that after having this done less than 8 months ago I have a gap separating my flooring from the stair nosing. If they try and pair you with Tony, kindly pass.

We are very happy customers! Minor delays but excellent communication. Bob is very kind and easy to work with. And Todd! Oh my, his work is absolutely impeccable. Worth every single penny. Seriously amazing, I cannot find one flaw. I couldn't be happier with my floors and wool carpet stairway. Thank you for everything.!
