We have used Floors Plus Carpet One of Oak Harbor on three different occasions since 2011. Their sales team (hats off to Hailey) has been very helpful and the installers do a great job. We had some unusual, abnormal wear in high traffic areas on the 1st carpet we purchased in 2011. I called Carpet One thinking "carpet warranties are worthless". Boy was I wrong; a couple of pictures and a couple of day's later Lee's approved replacing the carpet at no cost to us! We highly recommend Floors Plus Carpet One in Oak Harbor for your flooring needs.

Everyone who helped me was so nice and extremely knowledgeable! It was a great experience and Denny has great taste - he found me my flooring and even offered advise for paint colors (interior and exterior) and the color of millwork and door hinges/handles, etc! I only have one complaint and that would be the lady who handles the window coverings (Jane). I wish I had known to go elsewhere (Anacortes or Coupeville) because she recommended these expensive but very cheaply made Hunter Douglas roller shades. I've had my 5 large window coverings for 1-1/2 yrs and 3 of the shades the cheap, tiny clear plastic pieces that hold the chains together to manually open/close keep breaking off. Usually I can get them back on but not so they're in the holders installed on the window casing. One of them broke completely so I can't fully draw up the shade or the chain will come completely out of the track. I've had Bali blinds in the past with NO problems or breakage. I would NEVER waste my money on Hunter Douglas again! Plus I wanted a light color and she recommended a dark color which absorbs the heat from my Southern exposure windows and warms up my house in the summer (I don't have A/C). Plus it makes the room so dark I have to turn lights on during the day to see what I'm doing since I work from home.

The staff here are very nice and they really listen and try to help you find what you are ultimately looking for. Mary Ellen has a very good sense of color and style. I would recommend them so far. Haven't gotten to the install phase quite yet so I'll have to post a review on that later.
