I so rarely leave bad reviews. I am absolutely shocked at the disappointing arrangements my mother has received twice ( mother's day) and today her( birthday) these arrangements were both ordered online from out of the country and out out of state. Both were ordered to be large floral arrangements and both have been substituted with a single orchid plant. Buyers beware this place is not delivering what people are paying for. My mother was also yelled at by the delivery lady for not being home on two attempts to deliver. The floral shop is responsible for contacting the person prior to delivery, no one should ever be yelled at when receiving flowers for their birthday. So disappointing
