The Floreno Team; both Damian and Bella, have been an absolute joy to work with. I have worked with them on multiple transactions and they are always on top of their game. They have excellent communication and go above and beyond to make sure your loan process is smooth and seamless. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had the best experience working with Damian and his team. My coworker friend recommended him to me when I told her I was interested in buying a house because she had previously worked with him and had a great experience and I am so grateful she did because he was wonderful to work with. I’m a first time buyer and I was so anxious about the experience. I tried to work with another lender previously but did not receive the same level of service that Damian and the team at Geneva provided. They were so supportive, explained every detail of the borrowing process, were patient, kind, and communicative frequently and clearly. They never made me feel like I was bothering them when I requested cost breakdowns, they gave me multiple options to consider, provided advice but were not pushy. Plus, the process was so quick and easy, I closed in less than 3 weeks! But the most valuable part to me was how safe I felt working with them. Discussing finances and exposing my assets is a very vulnerable process, especially emotionally. But the Geneva team was so kind and never made me feel less than or unsafe. They helped me feel confident and comfortable with this huge life changing purchase. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy a house. And I look forward to working with them in the future.

Damian and his team are amazing. We had a particularly hard loan to get approved and they never flinched at the extra work needed. I would recommend them to anybody. Simply a top tier experience. I wish I could give more stars, like milky way level stars.
