Tyler is an experienced HVAC technician and would highly recommend him. He came to check out my A/C unit and thoroughly checked the lines to find the reason why it wasn’t working. Great guy!

This company is, in my experience, among the most honest and affordable in town. Awhile back we had some rats get into our ductwork. We didn't inspect the ductwork ourself, afraid to crawl in the crawl space, but sort of assumed we needed to replace it. Other companies came out and inspected it and assured us the rats had damaged it beyond repair and that the whole system needed to be replaced, and gave us very high estimates. At long last, we had Tyler, the chief technician at Flores come and take a look. He said that our ductwork was in great shape and the rats had done minimal damage, so minimal, that repairs were not even needed. He had no financial incentive to tell me that truth and I am incredibly grateful. Should we need HVAC work in the future, we will only be dealing with Flores.

Trevor came to do an a/c tune up on a home we recently purchased. He was very knowledgeable and discussed issues he discovered in depth. He did additional follow up on the spot, communicated with the home warranty company and set into motion getting appropriate replacement before he left. We were so impressed with his professionalism as well as that of the front office staff when setting up service!
