10,000 stars! Flourless is not only one of the best GF bakeries ever, it’s an excellent bakery period. My husband can eat all the gluten and he will legit try to eat all of my lemon meringue tart!
Flourless does the standards like cookies and cupcakes but where they absolutely shine is in their pastry. GF ECLAIRS, for goodness sake! Galettes! Tarts!
I’m dying just thinking about it all. Not to mention the excellent focaccia. Oh, and a little rum flavored French cake that is just a bite of heaven.
If you are anywhere near Placerville, do not miss this bakery.
