This place has a great, ever-changing selection and wonderfully competitive prices. I go here multiple times a month to check out their house plant selection and the staff is always so kind/helpful, they have even given me a free cutting when I asked if I could buy a cutting once. And that's why it pains me to leave a 3* review, but several of my last purchases have had pest issues, mainly spider mites or fungus gnats but my most notable is the String of Pearls I bought which had spider mites AND scale. I paid $30 for this plant and another $50 in supplies for fighting off these pests. My most recent purchase of a Tetrasperma had spider mites and fungus gnats as well, and even though I always search the leaves in store, I obviously did not search well enough. I highly recommend that anyone who buys a plant that they quarantine it in a separate room from their other house plants for this reason. My SOP was quarantined for over a month before the spider mite issue presented itself.
I know this is a risk we all take by buying plants and that it isn't their fault directly by any means, but I wish they would change suppliers or pre-treat their plants.
