Not good… they delivered the flowers to the wrong address. 3 separate flower orders were place for the same address, and they delivered all 3 orders to the wrong address. I was pretty upset, seeing as my sister is in the armed forces and away from home and didn’t even get flowers on her bday.

When I called to inquire about the misplaced flowers, the lady who answered was condescending and rude. No apology whatsoever or acceptance of fault. She went on to ask ME where the flowers were delivered... I strongly suggest you look for another flower shop.

Ordered flowers online for my sisters funeral, they never arrived. Was told that they didn’t receive the order. They did however charge my card. While I did get a refund, we had no flowers for my sister. There was no apology just reasons why it wasn’t their fault. Would not recommend.
