Service is reliable and cheap. Customer service is outstanding. Always willing to help - even with setup of my PBX! I've been recommending Flowroute to everyone looking for SIP trunking.

Giving up trying to register. Their 2FA does not work on their registration page, the worker said they can be of no assistance and endless referrals to different departments causes frustration. Go elsewhere for phone services.

Overall, an extremely poor experience. The SIP trunking is generally ok, as long as you don't have to contact support or expect any customer service. If you do, be prepared to be blamed as the customer, wait several days for a reply or have the support team just drop the ticket and stop replying. This is completely unacceptable in this day and age. I was even contacted by a customer advocate regarding a poor survey I left and after explaining what happened, they said this was all normal and expected and that since I didn't specifically ask a question on my last ticket reply, other than expressing my frustration with the delay on their side, they saw no need to respond. If this is how customers are normally treated, this isn't a company you want to do business with. I highly recommend finding another SIP provider that respects their customers and provides better customer service.
