They were super nice, and loved how much was included in grooming package. They asked a lot of questions, however didn't ask before making a big difference in the trim length. They were supposed to do her coat 1/2", didn't say to do differently anywhere, but randomly halfway down her stomach went to 0"! Completely shaved!! This looks so silly and wasn't gradual, so I fixed it when home. Mainly really upset about this as that hair was just starting to grow back from her surgery.

The fluffy puppy is awesome! They are great at communicating and always make my dog look great after a groom.
Although it can to tough to pull into the lot, there’s always 15 min parking available in the front, making it easy to drop off your pet. Prices are reasonable.
