This was an impromptu stop during a visit in San Francisco. Will was so welcoming and gracious. I wanted to see a bass flute because I have never seen one before. He asked if I wanted to play it...YES!!! OF course I fell in love with its deep, rich tone and had to have one! It should arrive a few days after we return home. It's going to be a long few days! I've been playing the same Gemeinhardt flute (bought by mom and dad) for over 30 years, so it is about time I invested in my musical happiness! Life is what WE make it! Cheers to you!

I was in SF with my tour and Cyron was so kind to fit my flute in for a COA. To call him a Master Technician is an understatement. He poured so much love and attention into it -- I've never had such a WOW experience as when I played it in the show that night. I've been a Flute World customer since it opened in Detroit oh so many years ago and I'm so happy that JL Smith is carrying on Shaul Ben Meir's legacy. Bravo Flute World San Francisco!

William is very knowledgeable and was the epitome of patient in helping find the right flute for our teen, who has been playing for more than five years and needed to upgrade from a very basic beginner model. We spent well over an hour trying a range of options from different makers. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way, and left with a beautiful instrument. The entire experience felt like pairing with a wand at a real world Ollivanders, practically magical.
