Delightful dress boutique full of locally, hand made garments - most items are designed by Folly's owner, Sarah Bibb. If asked to describe the vibe - I'd call it retro through a modern lens. The cuts are thoughtful, taking into consideration what is flattering on most women. The dresses gracefully ride the line of practical & whimsical - the prints are fun - you won't see them everywhere, & the shapes are versatile, lending themselves to many interpretations and layering. Definitely worth a stop - Folly is located in a neighborhood as charming as itself!
