Forgot the gal's name in the office, but she was really sweet. She called the owner, Robert to see if he could help me out with a desk drawer lock. Robert showed up and was able to quickly open my desk in about 30 seconds. Thank you for saving me from an hour long commute home for my keys!! Service was above and beyond. Very friendly as well.
