Came to this cute little spot for the 1st time, but was a little disappointed. As pictured:
House chips and salsa w/ a side of guacamole - chips were thicker cut. Salsa was mediocre. Guacamole tasted freshly made. 3/5
Esquites - Too runny and the corn tasted a little stale. 3/5
Chicken Tacos Dorados - The presentation was nice, but the chicken was pretty dry. 2/5
Chorizo Tacos Dorados - It was pretty salty. 2/5
Pollo Con Mole Tortitas - Again the chicken was pretty dry. It comes with a small scoop of potato salad and jalapeños. Mmmm no to all of it. 1/5.
Chicken Tostada - Tried a piece of chicken and it too was a little dry. We didn't end up eating it and took it to go bc I hate wasting food, but gave it to a guy on the corner. 1/5.
The ambiance is really cute. I'm sure their drinks are great, but taking a break from alcohol so - quality of water 100%. Staff was super kind, but a little slow. I wouldn't go back, but it is a cute establishment.
