Good coffee, sandwiches, pastries. They also have beer and wine. Really nice seating area with a nice big windows for a view of downtown Colfax. Caitlin and Kaylie (sorry if I butchered that) were really kind and patient with my uncle and mom, helping us by recommending breakfast places. Thanks guys!

Great place for coffee and more. Fonks offers a variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks, hot or iced. They have several varieties of "milk" for those who don't do dairy. They also have baked goodies that are great. Their sandwiches are tasty and have some unique flavors to them. I love the turkey with pesto on a crescent... and just about every other sandwich! They also have some wonderful side salads and soups. All in all Fonks is a great place to go whether you're just having breakfast, a coffee break or a filling lunch. Everything can be taken to go too.

I have stopped here a couple times. Their blended drinks are good, but the lattes are where it is at. Some of the best hot drinks to be had. Service is always super friendly, too. Definitely worth the stop if you have time and want a really quality drink.
