Terrible customer service at this gas station food mart. I went to use their air hose because my tire needed some air. After putting in some quarters, no air came out. So I went into the store asking for a refund for the quarters I lost. The store clerk was rude and would not help me at all. He said another company collects the quarters from the vacuum and air hose machines and said there was nothing he could do. He provided no number and it seemed like it’s been an ongoing problem because he mentioned other customers complained about it. Instead of putting a sign up like an Out-of-Order sign, this gas station continues to collect and steal quarters for their air hose that doesn’t work.
