Unprofessional. Terrible Customer Service / Patient Relations. Constant issues with communication and thorough execution of simple tasks. Incompetence ensuring I was able to receive medication necessary for a Surgery Recovery in time for the procedure led to me threatening to cancel a Surgery if this was not resolved explaining the issues. Phillip Tatum Hoffman then yells exposing his lack of maturity attempting to manipulate the narritive since his immaturity also does not allow acceptance of negative ACCURATE criticism when I have the right to my opinion on their failures as an extremely unsatisfied customer / patient. Do not go here. The first new office I scheduled an appointment with called this office for my records and somehow had an extremely similar opinion of how difficult it was to get even the simplest request completed. Failures. And I have the right to my opinion truly believing they are from this direct experience. First Google Review for this location too... Standard apparently set.

I am very happy with the services provided by foot and ankle concepts. After going to 3 podiatrist I was unable to seek the treatment I needed but once I came to see Dr Tatum I was positive that he can help me out. His staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming
