I had a terrible experience at this Foot Locker location during a late evening stroll in the mall. Beware of some of the staff; they were super rude. My family was just casually strolling in the mall and decided to browse inside Foot Locker. While my wife was trying on a shoe, a staff member who seemed agitated grabbed the shoe abruptly after my wife put it back, as if to say, "thank you for messing up my arrangement," and placed it in a different rack. It was quite confrontational, and I found it unprofessional. Regardless of the closing time, customer service should be consistent. I won't be returning to that store

Terrible customer service at this store. You have customers waiting for assistance and 2 employees who stand there talking to each other. Why would you work in footwear if you’re not going to engage with customers? I went in and saw a woman waiting for assistance and the Indian and Asian guy with glasses are just standing around talking to each other. I was also waiting for assistance and they just completely ignored me and other customers. Every single time I visit this store, the employees are just chatting with each other. Take notes from the Robson location. They know how to train their employees.
