We went here today to exchange an online order for another size. The cashier that helped us was wearing a mask over her mouth only, then said she needed to hold and scroll on our phone for a digital receipt, versus us showing through the protective glass. She was not wearing gloves and the only sanitizer bottle visible was across the room. There was no acknowledgement of our health or safety. The least she could have done was worn her mask properly. We ended up with what we needed, but I was surprised by the disregard for public health protocols. The other employees seemed fine.

Thank you very much for your help today PJ! He listened to my specific needs for my odd shape feet, and kept helping me till I find the perfect fit. To find different sizes, he even went even next door (kid's footlocker) to find the right one! Usually, I have to go to many stores till I find anything that just fits me. Today, I got a pair that fits and works perfect for gym workout as well! Appreciate it!

The only shoe store with great customer service in Southcenter! I’ve been going here for years and no matter what year it is, I ALWAYS get greeted and asked if I need help. I was asked 3 times the other day. It’s such a nice change from the other sneaker stores in this mall(looking at you champs!) They never give me attitude and are always eager to help unlike the other shoe stores. I will always try to buy at this location first. If they don’t have the size I’m looking for they will offer to look at the other stores close by. Whoever is training these workers are doing an outstanding job! Good job!
