I would not recommend this medical center at all. We went to the ER on a friday night right before midnight and we were not seen until the next day at 4am. On top of that the nurses had no idea of what was happening or the reason why I was there. I waited 2 days for a scan and another extra day for an MRI. I was there for 4 days and I was told the doctor was on his way within the 12 hours I was there and the doctor did not show up until my 3rd night there all to tell me the following day I was getting discharged to go see a doctor. PLEASE do not waste your time here. Go anywhere but here

Dr. Thomas was phenomenal. The best doctor I’ve ever had in an emergency room EVER. Nurse Lee - equally amazing. I felt cared about and they wanted to figure out what was wrong as much as I did. I was annoying and they still came every time I asked.
That was just emergency but once I was admitted. like they worked so fast even though they were so busy. I’m pretty much alone here in CA and this place made me feel like sick child being cared for by their mother.
Also shoutouts to Nurse Nicki and Nurse Eddy thank you!

My father with Alzheimer's dementia was recently admitted. He also does not speak English. I called multiple times to speak with the doctor who was taking care of him and the nurse kept telling me she would send a message to him. He never called back. I also called the floor to get the status. I was on hold for a long time before I was told the nurse would call me back. She didn't call back. What was really unbelievable was that a case manager tried to discharge him to a skilled nursing facility due to his behavioral problems. Fortunately, his insurance didn't authorize it. The case manager also realized that his behavioral issues were actually his baseline. I don't understand how no one reached out when they had a demented patient they could not communicate with and then tried to send him to a nursing facility without discussing it with his family. I don't know why the staff didn't know he was demented since that was the reason he came to the hospital from a memory care! This review is getting a 2-star because I did speak with one PM shift nurse who took the time to explain how my father was doing.
