So I went here to buy a pair of shoes August 30th 2022. The shoes i purchased ended up giving me 2 major bleeding blisters the size of a quarter on the back of my heals. I only wore them 2 hours. Brought them back to the store today for store credit to use after my heals heal. I was asked if they were worn outside and I replied yes, for 2 hours. I was told by the lady that they would not return them due to being worn outside. There was a small scuff on one but the reason was because they were worn out side. Really, were else do you wear you shoes. The worst part was there was no offer of a compromise or anything, Just walk in them longer and break them in. No thanks. Any way I will never shop here or any other Footwear ETC store again and I would recommend you shop else where also. Next is a letter to corporate.
I prefer to support the local stores as much as possible. Footwear etc. in Cupertino (20690 Stevens creek Blvd.),is one of them. The shoes I was looking for weren’t at the store, Mourad Saidi was very helpful. He order my size to the store, was very experienced with adjusting and the fitting,he is knowledgeable. Great service!
