This place was our go to spot for years until recently we bought a fairly expensive cartridge at which time they suggested we keep the receipt “in case you have any problems “ they said. Well the first couple of hits tasted like metal. We put it back in the packaging for our next trip there to let them know that it was no good.
Once there, they said they couldn’t exchange it, which didn’t make sense but okay fine. However the disrespect from their chubby bouncer kid Zack was absolutely disgusting and extremely unprofessional. He told us to “go down the street to 420 because he hates those guys and the forbidden owners don’t care about loosing customers”. Zack was rude and childish. All over a bad cartridge and didn’t like that my husband stood up for himself over what should’ve been a very easy, light conversation amongst adults about the bad product purchased at their store. Unfortunately we will never be back. Zack needs to be removed from any customer service type of business if that business wants happy customers.
