I recently purchased. 2024 Bronco from here. They didn’t charge a mark up over the msrp. I had a trade and we discussed all the details over the phone and emails. When I arrived all the paperwork was ready. I think It was the easiest car purchase process I have ever gone through. I drove an hour to this dealership to make the purchase because I had a negative experience with a previous dealership. I felt like they made an effort in making the process exciting for me and not just sale number xxxx.

Had a laid back, informative buying experience when buying a new Bronco. I went to three different dealerships and Ford of Uniontown had a much larger variety of vehicles to choose from.

Uniontown Ford is a place you should run away from. The service department is awful! They will do anything NOT to fix your problem. Neil is the worst person to deal with. He is not personable, has a nasty attitude, and in my opinion does not have any customer service skills. My family has purchased 3 vehicles there and the joke is on us for thinking it might get better. When leaving 2 voicemails to the general manager, even he would not return our calls. When the last vehicle broke down with just 11,000 miles and had to be towed ; the problem continued to occur. Neil’s answer was— we cannot find anything wrong and to take it home until it happens again, even though it duplicated 4 times while servicing it. Ultimately we had to trade it and purchase another vehicle, not a ford, where we had a wonderful experience at that dealership. Ford of Uniontown is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered and will never return there even for an oil change.
