Jason was very friendly and helpful. We're visiting from NJ and needed an oil change. The customer service here is outstanding. We were able to get a free shuttle to and from the Riverfront Park so we could do some sightseeing while our truck was being serviced.
This place deserves 6 stars!!

Not sure what the purpose of making an appointment is when you have to wait hours for someone to take a look at your vehicle. HOURS LONG WAIT for programming a key which, it turns out, took 20 mins once they “got around to it”. Shame. I guess the consolation prize was a free (not great) car wash. Thanks Wendle. Now we know to go somewhere else next time. ✌🏻

My experience went extremely smoothly and the service team was able to fix my truck quickly. This came after my previous mechanic decided to ghost me for unknown reasons. Tami is my point of contact with the service team and she was fantastic to work with. She communicated everything very clearly and effectively. She earned a new customer from me and feels like someone I can trust.
