New management is really terrible. You get threats every now and then and they never want to work with you even if you want are wiling to work with the them. Essex property definitely needs to train and coach new employees how to work with residents who pays couple grand a year every month. Old manager and team were outstanding and always knew how to work with residence regardless of the situation. Waiting for my lease to be done so i can leave this place.

I have been living here for more than 6 months now and I love it! As the name states, my new home has a view of the forest. The parking is awesome, because each unit has assigned parking unlike my previous apartment where there was NO ASSIGNED PARKING SPOTS and everyone had to fend for themselves. And NO VISITOR PARKING EITHER at my previous apartment - it was a nightmare. At Forestview Apts., you are guaranteed a parking spot when you come home from work. How relaxing and peaceful is that?! Absolutely wonderful. The grounds are well maintained with a very large picnic park area. The staff are eager to help you with your needs and each holiday season strive to maintain good community/resident relations by planning fun holiday activities. Essex property management does everything online now. This is standard with all apartment complexes nowadays. You can even pay your rent from your cell phone. It makes everything much more efficient. As for car thefts, if you leave items and bags in plain view in your vehicle, chances are much greater for thieves to break into your car and steal. Thank you wonderful staff for my peaceful home. I am pleased to be living here!

Solid complex, management takes care of issues swiftly and the ladies in the office are accommodating (Julie is a rockstar). Maintenance was always handled in a timely manner. Overall, you get what you pay for here. Worth it to me.
