Horrible!! Would not take my return because the tags were taken off, even though I had the tag and the receipt. Called the corporate office to let them know they need to stand behind their products (item was defective). They advised me to put in a claim and would get back to me in 2 business days…almost a week later still nothing. i called back they told me to put in a second claim and wait another 2 business days. This is ridiculous! It’s a pair of $55 jeans!!
BEWARE ONLINE SHOPPERS: customer service will leave you on hold for hours, tell you that they WILL NOT connect you to a manager, and give you a generic answer to solve issues they've caused. I've never been treated with so much disrespect from an online Company it's unheard of. Customer service acts as if they can't be bothered with solving the issue and their first response is "we can cancel your order" why would I purchase the items if I didn't want them?? Smh if you want your online business to NOT fail. Fix your customer service and the way they handle loyal customers who have been shopping at your store for years!
ZERO STARS. Forever 21 has lost me and my family as customers. (Scottsdale Fashion Square Location.) They literally stole money from me on a return. A YEAR AGO!!! I shopped online since I couldn't try anything on in store. I bought several of the same item in different sizes so I could see what would fit as I'm not always a consistent size with their clothes. I went into the store to return the additional items WITHIN the return policy and even had a screenshot on my phone incase I needed it. They took ALL the items back and only gave me a partial refund in cash. No refund, no store credit nothing! Said I was past the return window, they don't even know their own store policies! Like how lazy can you get! The cherry on top is that when they gave me that partial refund they acted like they were doing me a favor, meanwhile they are going to resell the items that I'm returning and still technically own from a financial standpoint. Talk about unjust enrichment.
I have been in the store several times over the past year to explain the situation and leave my contact information, even did it again a few weeks ago. Same thing each time, our manager will contact you in a few days....still waiting a year later lol!
I thought Forever 21 is bankrupt? How are you still in business or did I miss what bankruptcy means. Hire competent staff, you're the ones that set the return policy not us as consumers.
I'm not going to stop reporting them to governing agencies until I get my money back. I reported them to the Arizona attorney general, which I suggest others do as they are now on their radar and will expand their investigation.
