I placed an order online to pick up here. I don't know if it was related to the store, but I was cancelled without much notice that apparently the item was out of stock when I've been waiting over a week for it. Customer service was also terrible.

I’ve been shopping at Forever 21 a lot lately but the thing is you can’t try on clothes in the store you have to purchase them take them home try them on and bring them back if they don’t fit correctly which is what I’ve been doing lately I love the wide leg jeans they sell I’ve been looking for warm clothes to wear at night when I go to work but today when I went in to exchange what I got Saturday the girl asked me for ID which made me feel uncomfortable because I pay cash for the jeans so I told her why should I show you my ID when I pay cash I didn’t need to show ID to purchase with cash them she said it was their policy but on my receipt it says refund or exchange allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt and I just bought them on Saturday, then she tells me I can only give you half the money back and half on a store credit cards now I’m really confused she said I should have gotten a refund when I did the exchange Saturday nothing she said to me made any sense the only thing I could think of I’m black I’m trying to return a purchase and she don’t want to give me my cash back she wants to give me a card , I told her you can’t even try on clothes in the store so my only option is to purchase it at if it don’t fit bring it back and that’s what I’ve been doing but if they don’t fit correctly I’m not gonna keep them I’m gonna bring them back and try another size but that didn’t matter to her even though I have a receipt and pay cash each time and paid more cash if I was exchanging and it cost me more I just don’t understand why I couldn’t get my cash back that I paid she couldn’t explain it for me to understand it and did not care, me and my daughter have been shopping there a lot lately because I stay right down the street but from now on I’ll find another store to go to.....

Today was I just window shopping thought I'd visit this place. Noticed they had baseball caps on sale (according to "on sale" sign $7.00 marked down from $9.50). I go to purchase 3 really cute ones( yellow, mustard and a leopard print). Go to check out,( must go upstairs for that), only to be told they weren't on sale. The sales rep tells me in a nasty tone "take me to where you saw the sign" I take her back downstairs, point to the sign. She sees the sign and says in the same nasty tone "that sale is over". "I say well I'm buying them because of the sale, will you honor the sign". She takes me to two different people asks about honoring the sign while stressing really forcefully that "the sale was last week" and should she honor the sign. The last person says "yes honor the sign". The sales cashier then tells the approving mgr "then take down the sign". I return upstairs with the sales rep and notice her rolling her eyes. I reached the pay counter and noticed the continued eye rolling and decide NOT to purchase. I left disappointed that I had to endure such treatment. No I wasnt spending a lot, but customer service is customer service (spending a LITTLE or spending MUCH). WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾😝
