Gaby, the store manager, was absurdly rude to us today. We had gone in to make a return but we also had a question regarding the return policy. We asked if we are still eligible to return the item without the receipt and if they could take an ID (some stores, such as Bath and Body Works and Target, allow their guests to make returns without an recipe to use a ID). Gaby seemed to not want to help us so she was being very short and stern with “No you must have the original receipt. I can not do anything to help you.” We were put off by the attitude and proceeded to ask if they weren’t able to use the statement from the F21 Credit Card and this worker responds “I really don’t know, you can try doing that.” Thanks for the help I guess. Terrible service.

The store does not offer any price matching with its own website. While the same item sells 50% off on the Forever21 website, the store can only sell you the full price.

The employees are not very nice and do not ask if you need help and do not know where things are. The store is messy, clothes are on the floor and is not organized. I typically do not know where I need to go for certain items. It is a fast fashion store so, the quality of the clothes are cheap materials and rip very easily after only 1 wash. The location of this particular store is convenient. The one thing that is good is that Forever 21 has good quality basics.
