There are still good and honest people out there. I'm thankful to whoever turned my 10 year old daughter's purse to lost and found in the store. Thank you to forever 21 staff as well.

Great prices on really cute stuff. Things can be hard to find in the store and not all of the salespeople are friendly. The cashier was rude, but everyone else I encountered was friendly and helpful. So many options at affordable prices.

This department store is geared to the young and young at heart. I like alot of the clothes (have to control myself,you know watch my age)which is a fun problem to have. I have a more concerning problem with Forever 21, the overall quality of the clothing is questionable. So I ask how much does one sacrifice for style and cuteness?
