I love this store! The prices are great and they have so many cute things. :) And the employees are very helpful and friendly. Unlike many clothing stores with good prices, the quality of their clothes is, well, "very good." I bought a nice dress from here a year ago for $20, and I still wear it all the time (and I get so many compliments!)

i love this store i find something pretty much every time. but i went on today and still great clothes but the customer service was terrible those girls had no smiles on there faces. it’s too bad, people who spend there hard money in these stores should get good customer service and if your employees can’t give that then they should be fired. hire people who want to be there unless you will lose customers on that alone cause plenty of other shops are selling the same things! get it together forever 21! 😣
