Went here once on opening day. Not a single word spoken to us. They looked at us and didn't say one word. Went here again today to see if they improved. Same experience. Very unfriendly staff that talk to eachother in a circle and not doing their job. Will not be returning.

My daughter really loves this store. I don't. Clothing is cheaply made but expensive. Location is convenient. Parking is free. When we visited the store was very, very warm.

Super bummer because I just wanted to exchange some clothes for a different size... the guy behind the counter didn’t know how to do it because I had used after pay and instead of asking he just hit Buttons and it ended with me just having to wait for the money to go back on my card... they called IT to see if they could reverse it and this guy literally hangs up the phone because they hadn’t picked up yet and they tell me that they can’t do anything to fix it?
