I really hate shopping for clothes in-person, but whenever I do have to go to the mall for new clothing, Forever 21 is a great stop. The clothes in general look good and simple, and they have a lot of styles to choose from. I can always find something in their clearance section that would fit my sense of fashion pretty well, and for great prices. My one complaint is that the lines move somewhat slowly, but it's worth it.

I’m just walking around looking for a jacket to buy and an associate comes up to me and says “sorry we are closed…” I look at my watch and it’s 7:57pm, then he says “we just closed”. No you didn’t… you close in 3 minutes, but ok. I’m not gonna play games with a lazy employee who just wants to go home. You lost a buying customer. Learn about customer experience and hire people that care.
