I normally go to Forever 21 to hit up their clearance rack cuz right now they're trying to push all their winter stuff out and I like wearing some of the winter stuff during the summer. I like how they have clothes for big girls small girls all sizes and I also like how it's hella cheap. Hope they don't ever go out of business

Throw this store in the trash already . It’s gonna be closing eventually being that forever 21 is in debt and is gonna be filling for bankruptcy soon . Plus the store manager Nicole is trash as well . Never show up to work on a bad day .Its a shame that the regular employees had to apologize for their managers behavior . Showing your employees that a customer can be treated badly and in a rudely manner because of your emotional feelings at work . Sad ! But I can’t wait for Tilly’s to come and put them out of business . Btw A retailer wouldn’t make any money without me and others being a customer. So yes customer service matters no matter who you are !

Closing the fitting rooms for the night at 6:30 instead of near closing time at 9 is poor management and a huge loss of revenue. Not to mention, the customers complete waste of time. We spent an hour shopping and had to leave without spending a dime. Obviously this place doesn't respect or value their customers. So disappointing. Never going back.
