My daughter was in trying on clothes. The girl at the back was miserable and not helpful at all. Then when we took her stuff to the till, Gabrielle just chucked my daughter's new things in the bag without folding them, dropped a couple things on the floor and jammed it all into 2 bags. So full the bag began to rip. I think we will be going elsewhere next time we drop over $350.00 for clothes. What a low budget experience!

This place is a disaster!!
I was shopping on Sunday Sep,3rd, and one one the manager was talking to an associate extremely rude. (The manager was wearing a cut dress and she was tall). I don't understand how these people get hired!!
I talked to the associate and told her I can help you get to the HR as I am in law facility, but she said I need this job as they barely give her any shift. It was heart breaking to see how managers are treating each other!!
Even when I was trying on clothes, a manager came and talked to the girl in fitting room in a way that she was yelling at her infant of customers not talking to her!
Also the display in the store is horrible. I came here last year at the same time and the store looked amazing, but now I don't understand how it's divided. It's all mixed together (normal price with sales ans women clothes in men's side)
I really wish the big managers get into action before the store is closed soon!! I have never seen that bad customer service from managers or store! I will never recommend this place to anyone eventhough I was a regular customer for 9 years!!
