I'm always suspicious of companies that don't answer inbound calls to the number they advertise for their business. The phone just rang and ring until I hung up. Furthermore, when there is no voicemail in place to take a message, it leaves me scratching my head and moving along to the next company.
If a company can't answer an inbound sales call to generate revenue,they will absolutely never answer a service call.

A thousand thank-yous aren't enough... Thank you for fixing our solar problem when no one else would! I searched for 2-1/2 years for someone to fix our system after the company that installed it went out of business. Nick and Donnee at Forme Solar made it so easy. The problem was quickly diagnosed and expertly handled. I only wish I would have found you guys sooner! I will be telling everyone I know who needs solar help, whether it's a repair or a new system, to call Forme Solar before anyone else.
