Fantastic place to walk a pup, fly a kite and generally enjoy a nice day. Lots of trails for everyone so it isn’t ever a need to be in a crowd. Parking lot is a little bumpy so take it slow coming in and out. Highly recommend for those with pups as everyone I have run into was pleasant (four and two legged).

With a rare 9 inches of fresh powdery snow the sledding today was a blast! A snowfall like that happens every few years. Normally the park is great for a hike or a walk. It's a great resource for those living in the community. Rumor has it that some improvements like restrooms will be coming.

It's an ok place for a walk. It is a glorified off leash dog park. Yes there are signs everywhere stating dog must be kept on leash. Owners are great about keeping them on leash in the parking lot. Once out in the open spaces over half the dog were off leash running around. I will say the dog were behaved and didn't bother us while walking.
